A training kit for practicing PID tuning and learning PROMONICON

Components

  • One(1) PC with PROMONICON, which includes

    • PID controllers​

    • Real-time graph

    • Process diagram (HMI)

    • Data storage (in the form of *.csv)

    • Remote experiment

  • Four(4) tanks

  • One(1) load sensor to measure the liquid level 

  • One(1) control valve to control the flowrate

  • One(1) pump for pressurization

  • One(1) data acquisition box or One(1) PLC for sensing and actuation
